We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to support two innovative and forward-looking projects. This role sits at the intersection of modern UI engineering, component library architecture, and applied AI—making it a standout opportunity for someone who wants to influence technical direction and deliver impactful, future-focused solutions. You'll work with teams driving internal tooling and next-generation agentic AI capabilities, with the autonomy to research, prototype, and recommend the right technologies.

You will support two major initiatives:

This team owns an internal component library built with Stencil
, and they are preparing to transition the library from a directly supported model to an open-source-style contribution model. You will:

• Research and evaluate alternatives to Stencil (e.g., modern web component frameworks, meta-frameworks, or build tools)
• Build demos and proofs of concept to compare approaches
• Outline migration plans and transition steps if a new tool is recommended. Your work will directly shape the team's UI foundation and future contributor model.

• Help design and build applied AI features using MCP, RAG, or agentic AI methodologies
• Explore how AI agents can support developer workflows, automation, or lifecycle tooling
• Bring strong frontend + library experience to integrate UI needs with backend AI workflows

• Component Library & Web Components Expertise (2–5 years). Deep hands-on experience with component libraries, especially web components, design systems, and reusable UI architecture.
• Advanced Frontend Engineering (5–7+ years). Strong Type Script, JavaScript fundamentals, and ability to work independently without heavy guidance. Strong architectural thinking and frontend problem-solving are essential.
• Applied AI Experience (MCP, RAG, Agentic Systems). Experience building MCP servers, retrieval-augmented pipelines, or agentic AI agents. Ability to translate AI capabilities into functional, product-driven features.

• Experience with Stencil, React, Vue, or Angular
