Based primarily in Texas and Florida with remote operations nationwide, Rex builds with a dual mandate: generate strong, downside protected returns and uplift humanity. We are seeking professionals ready to help scale this platform and drive global impact.

The Opportunity

Rex is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to drive growth across its portfolio of tech ventures. This role owns the full demand engine from messaging and outreach to landing pages, lead capture, and conversion tracking, with a mission to discover and scale messages that resonate through rapid testing and iteration. Ideal candidates have 4 to 8 years of B2B or SaaS growth marketing experience and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

They will manage paid search, social, display, events, nurture campaigns, and referral programs while developing customer acquisition strategies that increase lead quality and volume. This person must be hands‑on, capable of building campaigns, landing pages, CRM workflows, and analytics dashboards while optimizing conversion and cost per lead. They will collaborate directly with the executive team, including the CEO, and work closely with key stakeholders such as sales leadership, engineers, and customer success leaders to align growth strategy with product and customer insights.

Success means establishing a repeatable, measurable system that produces predictable demand through creative experimentation, disciplined analysis, and a deep understanding of what converts, supported by clear metrics, KPIs, and continuous reporting. Must be a missionary to the bone, committed to Rex’s mission to catalyze human flourishing via tech. Fully remote.

The Role

The Demand Generation Lead will build and scale the marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline across Rex’s ventures. You will own the full lifecycle of demand creation, from developing messaging and campaigns to optimizing funnels and tracking performance. This includes managing paid search and social, events, referrals, and nurture programs while building systems that make growth measurable and repeatable.

You will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align marketing, product, and sales strategies.
