We are looking for a highly skilled Email Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to design, build, and launch high-impact, data-driven email campaigns. This role blends technical excellence, marketing know-how, and collaboration to deliver best-in-class customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop dynamic, personalized emails using AMPscript, data extensions, and customer segmentation
• Execute campaigns across Email, SMS, and Social channels
• Apply best practices for email compliance, accessibility, and deliverability
• Configure and manage templates, content blocks, and reusable components
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce (SFDC) and external systems via APIs
• Implement and optimize Einstein features for personalization and performance
• Perform database queries and data management tasks as needed
• Continuously modernize email design, development, and deployment processes
• Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on email development experience (skills matter more than tenure)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
• Content Builder
• Campaign Studio
• Interaction Studio
• Advanced knowledge of email marketing systems, dynamic content, and data extensions
• Experience integrating with external platforms using APIs
• Hands-on experience with email platforms beyond Salesforce
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to Have

• Experience with jQuery and Next.js
• Background in financial services or advertising agencies

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $55.00 to $63.00/hr rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
