Epic Database Administrator; Clarity & Caboodle

Position: Epic Database Administrator (Clarity & Caboodle)
* Participates in Epic upgrade cycles, system migrations, and platform transitions.
* Conducts peer reviews of database configurations and ETL processes.
* Provides mentorship or training to junior staff or interns.
* Engages in professional development and certification renewal.
* Supports audits and compliance reviews as needed.
* Performs related duties as required.
* Quickly learns and applies new technical skills and tools.
* Adapts to evolving database technologies and Epic system updates.
* Applies new features in SQL Server or other platforms.
* Stays current with healthcare data architecture and standards.
* Scopes out tasks and projects accurately.
* Develops lifecycle and disaster recovery plans.
* Forecasts resource needs for database growth.
* Aligns upgrades with organizational timelines.
