• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team of UX designers, visual designers, content writers, and researchers.
• Contribute to the design of cutting‑edge software across desktop and mobile platforms.

• Leverage user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Champion user‑centered design principles throughout the organization.
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions, lead design reviews, and drive design decisions.
• Create design solutions that enhance the user experience across various platforms.
• Translate established design patterns and systems to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
• Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Set design schedules, manage project timelines, and communicate project status.
• Conduct primary design activities, create deliverables, and ensure quality assurance.
• Participate in user research efforts and incorporate findings into design solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional user experience.

• 6+ years of interaction design experience focused on digital products.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process and thinking.
• Experience with user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Mural, and InVision.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience with post‑login and B2B marketing (preferred for financial services).

• Experience running design sessions with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with financial services or related industries.
