Position: AEM Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Description: AEM development, strong in Java backend, Query Builder, Custom index, Query Manager, coding Logic.

Front-end Technologies:

• Touch UI
• Sightly
• Component, Content and Experience Fragment, Editable Templates, Client libraries

AEM Technology stack (Backend):

• OSGi, JCR, Sling, WCM APIs, Sling Model
• Workflow, Workflow launcher, Event handler, Event listener, Scheduler, Sling Job
• API integration
• Multi-Site Manager setup
• Query builder, Searching, Indexing, Session handling
• JUnit

Requirements:

• Build dynamic UIs using Touch UI, Sightly, and editable templates.
• Excellent coding skills on scenario based syntax.
• Develop AEM components, content fragments, and client libraries.
• Implement scalable back end using OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Sling Models.
• Integrate APIs, manage workflows, schedulers, and Sling Jobs.
• Secure applications with ACLs and Single Sign-On mechanisms.
• Extensive hands‑on with workflows, Sling servlet, REST, JSON, Lucene indexing.
• Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization.
• Deep understanding of AEM's security along with its Access Controls.
• Expertise around extending AEM's core functionalities such as Launches.
• Working experience with Sightly / Sling models.
• Strong understanding of core AEM components such as Oak, Sling and dispatcher, and experience with Continuous Integration.
