EPS Corporation is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist –the KM is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise knowledge management systems and processes that enable effective capture, organization, sharing, and reuse of RTP and risk-based review knowledge. This role ensures that critical organizational knowledge is accessible, accurate, and aligned with operational and mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain systems and processes to capture, store, organize, and share RTP and risk-based review knowledge
    .
  • Manage and administer the knowledge management environment
    , including KM platforms, repositories, sites, and document libraries.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, standards, and best practices to support mission effectiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance KM sites, portals, and collaboration spaces to ensure usability, accuracy, and compliance with governance requirements.
  • Develop and update technical manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides related to KM tools and processes.
  • Support collaboration and information sharing across teams, stakeholders, and functional areas.
  • Ensure knowledge assets are properly classified, version-controlled, and retained in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Analyze KM usage metrics and recommend improvements to enhance knowledge accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on KM tools, workflows, and best practices.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, frameworks, and lifecycle management
    .
  • Experience managing enterprise KM platforms, document management systems, and collaboration tools
    .
  • Ability to translate complex technical or operational information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting risk-based review processes or RTP environments
    .
  • Familiarity with information governance, records management, or data-sharing standards.
  • Experience developing KM strategies in large or complex organizations.
