We’re seeking a senior or staff founding engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the technical roadmap and help shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up. You’ll work directly with leadership to design, build, and scale the platform behind a next-generation AI product redefining automation and user experience in a complex, high-impact domain.

This is an opportunity to join at the earliest stage, influence key architectural decisions, and build production systems that combine LLMs, voice, and automation in a real-world environment.

• Own the technical roadmap
  , driving architecture, design, and execution across the full stack.
• Architect and build scalable AI products
  , including data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
  .
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI features and automations to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices
  , CI/CD pipelines, testing standards, and infrastructure reliability.

• 5+ years of experience building production‑grade software (startup or fast-growth environment preferred).
• Strong skills in Python and Type Script , with clean, testable coding practices.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML pipelines (training, validation, inference).
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, migrations; multi‑tenant a plus).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops & Infrastructure as Code tools such as Git Hub Actions, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes
  .
• Hands‑on experience with or strong curiosity for LLM orchestration
  , prompt engineering
  , and model integration in production
  .
• Strong systems-level thinking and a bias for shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.

• Experience with voice AI, speech‑to‑text

• Background in healthcare systems

• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud providers.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or early-stage startup environments.
