We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Adobe Guides to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AEM architecture, form workflows, and structured content authoring using Adobe Guides. This role requires collaboration across multiple business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

• Form Design & Development:
  Create and update adaptive, HTML5, and PDF forms with dynamic capabilities, fillable fields, templates, Adobe Sign integration, and accessible layouts.
• AEM Configuration:
  Build and maintain custom AEM Forms components, templates, and OSGi workflows to meet project requirements.
• Integration:
  Connect AEM Forms with backend systems and identity management for seamless data flow.
• Front-End Development:
  Develop and maintain clean, responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Adobe Guides Development:
  Configure and customize Adobe Guides for structured content authoring, including developing templates and XML schemas.
• Performance & Accessibility:
  Optimize forms and content for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (Section 508 compliance).
• Version Control & Deployment:
  Manage version control, branching strategies, and deployments across environments.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into functional, scalable AEM solutions.
• Support & Maintenance:
  Diagnose and resolve functionality issues, ensure system reliability, and support production deployments.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and process workflows.

• 8 years of experience developing solutions on the AEM platform, with strong emphasis on AEM Forms and Adobe Guides.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for front-end logic and form design.
• Experience with Java-based custom AEM components and bundles.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Guides workflows and XML-based content management.
• Skilled in version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of secure web application development best practices.

• Experience with other AEM modules such as AEM Sites or AEM DAM.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX optimization.
• Prior experience with public‑sector or enterprise-level projects.

• Work on enterprise digital transformation projects leveraging the latest Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with a talented team of developers, analysts, and UX experts.
