  HQ platform and become a product expert.
• Support sales calls and demos by explaining how our solution fits customers' needs.
• Troubleshoot basic setup questions and guide customers through early configuration steps.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the Product team.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering to solve customer challenges.
• Expand technical skills by exploring APIs, integrations, and the e‑commerce ecosystem.

• Recent graduate in a technical or business‑related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• Some exposure to web technologies or SaaS products; familiarity with REST APIs is a plus.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
