Seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating data from Oracle to Snowflake creating a high volume replicator (HVR) tool. This role requires a deep understanding of both Oracle and Snowflake technologies and the ability to design and implement the connector between the two systems.

• Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions from Oracle to Snowflake
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data integration.
• Develop and maintain data migration scripts and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data migration and integration.
• Monitor and optimize data migration performance to ensure efficient and timely data transfer.
• Document data migration processes and provide training to team members as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data migration from Oracle to Snowflake
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and Snowflake databases, including their architecture and data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
