- Strategic Ecosystem Leadership
- Define and lead the partner strategy across key vectors:
Clinical Systems (EHR/EMRs), Cloud Providers, GSIs, and Resellers. - Identify and prioritize partners that accelerate adoption, scale distribution, and deepen product value.
- Define and lead the partner strategy across key vectors:
- Partnership Development & Execution
- Build and manage partner pipeline across strategic alliances, co-sell motions, and integration partners.
- Lead negotiation of commercial terms, data integrations, technical certifications, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Drive joint GTM execution with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), EHRs (Epic, Cerner), and consulting partners.
- Operationalization & Scale
- Define partner success metrics, OKRs, and reporting. Own full-funnel execution and outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering to align on execution and technical delivery.
- Build frameworks and infrastructure for scalable partner onboarding, enablement, and support.
- Customer Impact
- Ensure our partnerships create measurable impact for our healthcare customers — reducing friction, increasing trust, and accelerating outcomes.
- 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy roles in enterprise SaaS, AI, or healthtech.
- Proven experience launching and scaling strategic partnerships — especially with Cloud Providers, EHR vendors, and GSIs.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data systems, technical integrations, and regulatory context.
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills; confident with contracts, pricing models, and co-sell motions.
- Bias for action — you close loops, drive execution, and operate in the final mile.
- High business and technical fluency; can communicate seamlessly with C-suite, product, and engineering.
- Culture alignment:
Full Stack Ownership, Final Mile Execution, Speed with Clarity, Customer-Centricity.
- Previous experience building a partner ecosystem from scratch
- Relationships with key cloud, EHR, or GSI stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI product integrations and marketplaces
- Startup-to-scaleup operator who’s worn multiple hats
Compensation: $175k-$200k
