Join our dynamic team as a BI Solutions Developer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making. In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions for tracking financials and performance metrics across diverse service provider environments. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, driving innovation and delivering impactful insights to support strategic business goals.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Information Technology projects, with a focus on BI development and implementation.
• Proven track record in developing and organizing IT application departments aligned with organizational objectives.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with peers and senior leadership, translating technical concepts into business terms.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Expertise in developing BI data models and reporting solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems such as Service Now or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their integration into BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy cutting-edge BI solutions using tools like Power
  
  BI, ensuring robust reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BI systems with existing platforms and applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy and system reliability.
• Define and implement data models to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting business operations and decision-making.
• Lead the documentation of system requirements and operational processes to ensure comprehensive understanding and continuity.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance BI capabilities and efficiency.
