Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing data models, performing calculations, and building insightful reports and dashboards. This individual will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights for key decision‑makers across our customers’ organizations. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models that support efficient analysis and reporting.
• Create dynamic, visually appealing, and insightful reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Perform complex data calculations, aggregations, and transformations to meet reporting needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure efficient access and analysis of large data sets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on BI best practices, including data visualization, reporting, and automation.
• Conduct thorough testing of BI solutions to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the seamless integration of BI tools with various data sources and systems.
• Train and mentor junior BI developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, with a strong focus on Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Proven experience in data modeling, data analysis, and report/dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and other query languages.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform advanced data calculations.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  , with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Experience with scripting languages like Python, R, or DAX is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
