About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM/LE Consultant to lead onsite delivery of SAP projects, including S/4

HANA upgrade and implementation initiatives . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE), strong leadership skills, and hands‑on experience in both ECC 6.0 and HANA environments. A PMP or Agile certification is preferred, as this role requires managing project timelines, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/LE functional design, configuration, and implementation across enterprise projects.
• Drive S/4
  
  HANA upgrade and implementation efforts, ensuring seamless transition from ECC 6.0.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members and offshore resources.
• Partner with cross‑functional SAP teams (SD, EWM, Finance, etc.) to enable integrated solutions.
• Manage issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure best practices, compliance, and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 in MM/LE.
• 2-5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP Logistics (SD/MM) and SAP MM functional areas.
• Broad experience in SAP Functional consulting (configuration, design, support).
• Proven track record as an onsite lead managing SAP upgrade/implementation project.
• PMP or Agile certification (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP EWM (2-5 years).
• Previous S/4
  
  HANA implementation project experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex business requirements.

Pay Range: $70/hr. to $80/hr.
