About the Role
As the Sales Technology Administrator at Ninja One, you’ll be responsible for administering and optimizing our sales technology systems, ensuring clean data, maintaining reliable integrations, and creating automations that measurably improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the efficiency of our sales operations.
Location- Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL (In the office 3‑4 days per week Mon, Tue, & Thurs)
What You’ll Be Doing- Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and tools like Salesforce Loft, Chili Piper, Lean Data, Workato, LeadIQ, Deal Hub CPQ, and more
- Partner with Salesforce Admins to align field mappings and object models, monitor sync jobs, and resolve data or integration errors
- Manage user provisioning, licenses, and SSO/RBAC across the GTM Tech Stack
- Triage requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as other go‑to‑market stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards for routing health, adoption, and integration performance
- Optimize automations and workflows to improve sales efficiency and process consistency
- Provide training, documentation, and support for sales systems and integrations
- Uphold data security, compliance, and governance standards across all sales technologies
- Proven experience in sales technology administration;
Salesforce ADM 201 certification is a plus - Familiarity with industry sales tools and automation platforms such as Salesforce Loft, Chili Piper, Lean Data, Workato, LeadIQ, Deal Hub CPQ, or similar
