Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts who are passionate about making digital content accessible to everyone. You will work closely with leadership and accessibility teams to ensure web content, documents, forms, and other materials meet accessibility standards and compliance requirements. Your contributions will help ensure that all users, including those with disabilities, can access and use our digital resources effectively.

• Analyze web content, digital documents, and other electronic resources for accessibility compliance.
• Recommend and document changes to make content accessible.
• Participate in accessibility testing and report results to the team.
• Conduct preliminary accessibility assessments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with accessibility coordinators to ensure compliance with federal and state accessibility standards.

• 4+ years experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and state/federal accessibility regulations.
• 4+ years experience performing accessibility assessments on web content and digital materials.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for accessibility in digital content.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with state systems and programs.

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (standard business hours).
• May require occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.

• On-site in Austin, TX.
• Travel outside of the primary location may be required, with prior approval.

• Play a critical role in improving accessibility for all users.
• Collaborate with a dedicated and supportive team.
• Gain experience with state accessibility initiatives and digital compliance standards.
