- Lead Product Support Operations for a large enterprise platform running in GCP
- Prioritize incoming incidents and requests among team members and ensure successful resolutions
- Perform analysis on the incidents/requests, identify patterns for automation and operational improvements
- Provide hands‑on Level 2 / Level 3 support for the platform running in GCP
- Provide on‑call support for any customer‑impacting Severity 1 or 2 incidents
- Perform root cause analysis for any customer‑impacting Severity 1 or 2 incidents
- Become an application SME and guide other team members in platform functionalities
- Coordinate with development team and provide necessary support during deployment, ensuring successful knowledge transition to Operations team
- Learn new technologies to support the platform as it evolves based on organizational technology goals
- 8+ years of experience providing application support in a quick‑paced environment
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Solid understanding of ITSM fundamentals
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Nice to have:
Experience in providing technology support for platforms running in GCP - Good understanding of Java, IAM, LDAP, OKTA, UID and network concepts
- Hands‑on experience in Linux, Splunk, Power BI, SQL (Big Query) & No
SQL databases - Good understanding of data caching technologies and containerization in GCP
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as Service Now, xMatte
