Note:

100% on site in Austin, TX

• Lead the team into delivering projects through Scrum and efficient release practices
• Plan and work closely with multiple stakeholders for new onboardings
• Convert high‑level design into low‑level design and guide the team with technical oversight
• Design, architect and deploy cloud‑native applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or GCP
• Work with databases such as Mongo
  
  DB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
• Leverage containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Use AI‑Driven software development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot) to improve productivity, code comprehension and documentation
• Integrate AI/ML models for data analytics, visualization and automation
• Apply AI/ML to solve business and technical problems
• Maintain high quality while delivering on tight schedules
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, SRE and other domains
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, including offshore teams
• Engage subject‑matter experts and understand technical topics
• Disagree and present data‑driven cases, committing to deliver regardless of the outcome
• Discover solutions and craft designs based on engineering principles
• Analyze and solve problems creatively
• Mentor and coach multiple teams and lead across domains within the organization
• Present architecture/solutions to governance boards and stakeholders

Essential experience and skills include: leading Scrum teams, cloud‑native architecture on PCF or GCP, database proficiency, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, AI/ML integration and a strong collaborative mindset. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of quality delivery, problem solving, mentorship, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
