You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, focused on delivering scalable API integrations and data workflows that help customers maximize the value of our platform across security, fraud, and identity protection use cases.

This role blends deep technical knowledge with high‑impact account engagement. You'll work closely with stakeholders—from developers and engineers to CISOs—to ensure Spy Cloud is seamlessly integrated and delivering value within their security ecosystems.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner closely with Product Team members and Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
    • Participate in technical planning sessions and business reviews to align Spy Cloud usage with evolving enterprise priorities.
  • API & Data Integration
    • Develop, test, and maintain integrations across a variety of systems (identity, logging, security, ticketing, and SaaS tools).
    • Build automation workflows using both low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Tines, Okta Workflows) and scripting/APIs.
    • Collaborate with Info Sec, IT, Dev Ops, and Engineering teams to identify integration and automation opportunities.
    • Implement and document reusable integration patterns to support scalable internal security and IT operations.
    • Enhance visibility through data pipelines and log integrations, especially with tools like Splunk or similar.
  • Technical Enablement & Support
    • Proactively monitor account health and integration performance, identifying risks, blockers, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Develop, deploy, and support demonstration environments that enable the sales and SE's team members to clearly demonstrate the value of Spy Cloud products and integrations.
    • Create and maintain reusable assets—including integration guides, scripts, and deployment templates.
    • Stay current with automation and integration best practices, adapting to emerging technologies and tools.
  • Product Feedback & Collaboration
    • Participate in roadmap discussions and help evolve Spy Cloud's platform and integration capabilities based on enterprise needs.
    • Active participation in development planning and processes to evaluate and estimate level of effort required for integration activities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer).
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems: SIEMs, SOAR platforms, IAM (Okta, Azure AD), and custom applications.
  • Able to develop and deliver scripts and software that support the deployment and delivery of Spy Cloud's API and data products. Preferred language is Python.
  • Excellent communicator—able to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to self‑manage tasks while contributing to cross‑functional team goals.
  • Confident working with developers, architects, and senior security leaders.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands‑on experience with Tines, Splunk, SOAR platforms (e.g., XSOAR, Swimlane), or Okta Workflows is helpful but not required.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation, webhooks, and integration architecture (RESTful APIs, JSON, scripting with Python or Bash).
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention, identity management, or threat intelligence use cases.
  • Exposure to compliance or regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
