We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Developer to join our Data Services and Moderation team within Unity Ads! In this role, you will be key in optimizing and implementing large-scale ML systems and ETL pipelines to support our ad moderation efforts. You will work closely with data scientists, developers, and product managers to develop, deploy, and integrate deep learning solutions and LLM/RAG technologies into our Unity advertising infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud machine learning pipelines in production for real-time and batch processing.
• Influence and guide the direction of a scalable machine learning pipeline.
• Collaborate with data scientists to create pre- and post-processing ETL pipelines.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions and implement effective solutions.
• Manage and improve CI/CD processes for internal software and tools.

• Excellent command of Python, Terraform, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Docker, K8s, Kafka, Github Actions, serverless, and SQL.
• Experience with Numpy, Tensorflow, Pytorch, vector databases, neural networks, computer vision, LLM, RAG, and machine learning concepts.
• Solid experience in building large-scale ETL pipelines, APIs, and serverless applications.
• Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis with tools like SQL, Big Query, Pandas, or Spark, and experience in data visualization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in distributed teams to deliver complex solutions.

• Experience with distributed computing libraries like Ray or Dask.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with ML tools (Prometheus, Grafana) in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
