Background Check will be performed if a candidate is selected for placement and will have to be passed’

• Analyzing web content for accessibility
• Recommending changes to make content accessible
• Participate in testing efforts and provide testing results to the agency Accessibility Coordinator
• Collaborate with
  Agency Accessibility Coordinator.
• Perform preliminary accessibility assessments with internal and external partners to include testing/validation and completing coordinating reports

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

  Required:
  
  Knowledge of Administrative Code, Department of Information Resources (DIR) EIR Accessibility Policy, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA related to federal and state accessibility requirements

  Required:
  
  Knowledge of industry best practices for accessibility services for digital content and Electronic Information Resources, such as brochures, flyers, webpages, documents, forms, and training materials

  Experience assessing web content and other EIR for compliance with accessibility standards and performing analysis to for remediation
• 4
  
  Required:
  
  Knowledge of EIR testing and validation practices and methodology to confirm compliance with accessibility standards

  Experience in identifying functional and technical requirements gathering, analysis and documentation with a strong attention to detail

  Required:
  
  Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)

  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• 1 Preferred:
  Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.

Services are expected to start 02/04/2026 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2026
. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1192 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
