Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This role is primarily focused on Scrum Master responsibilities (70%) with a portion dedicated to Project Management duties (30%). The ideal candidate will thrive in a mid-sized, growing organization and be flexible in their approach to Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.

Project Management (30%):

• Own and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor and report on project progress, accomplishments, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and status reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a SaaS product company or a company with an established IT product operating model.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a mid-sized, growing organization and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance Agile principles with business flexibility.
