We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale data and analytics program. The ideal candidate will manage multiple teams working in parallel, ensure alignment across work streams, and drive key milestones to successful completion. A strong understanding of modern data platforms and analytics technologies is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale program involving 3–4 cross‑functional teams operating in parallel.
- Drive program planning, execution, and tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all teams.
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, engineering teams, data teams, and leadership.
- Facilitate program governance, status reporting, and executive‑level communication.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Support teams with delivery best practices, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with technology, data, and analytics stakeholders to ensure successful integration and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple teams working in parallel.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive accountability and execution across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Foundational understanding of at least three of the following technologies:
- Big Query
- Informatica
- Databricks
- Tableau
(Hands‑on expertise is not mandatory, but the ability to understand architecture, data flows, and technical discussions is highly beneficial.)
Nice to Have- Experience managing data, analytics, or cloud transformation programs
. - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
