Product Designer - Consumer Facing; Bangkok

Product Designer (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is seeking a skilled Product Designer to work in Bangkok with relocation support. The role focuses on designing enterprise and B2C products, ensuring seamless user experiences for partners and travelers.

• You will deliver hands‑on design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business scenarios and well‑defined business problems, aligning with property partners’ vision and our business goals.
• You will actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements towards achieving desired outcomes in property partner‑facing products.
• You will acquire deep domain knowledge in both B2B and B2C aspects of the OTA business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with product stakeholders.
• You will represent Agoda Design by advocating user‑centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints.
• You will collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap.

• 4+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred.
• Has experience managing multiple stakeholders with an agile development process.
• Proficient in creating wireframes and prototypes using UX design tools.
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions for web‑based products or mobile applications with complexity.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
• Experience with enterprise products or the B2B domain is a big plus.
