Quality Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Specialist to support our Quality Department. This role focuses on managing quality processes—including CAPA, SCAR, NCMR, and Field Actions—while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485). You will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide timely quality metrics that support leadership decision-making.

• Support initiation, investigation, and closure of CAPAs, SCARs, and NCMRs
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records in the QMS
• Track and report Quality KPIs and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Assist with root cause analysis and verification activities
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 0–2 years’ experience in Quality or Regulatory
• Familiarity with CAPA, SCAR, NCMR, and KPIs preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; OBIEE/Agile PLM is a plus
