Client Systems Administrator – Epic Hosting
Location: Madison, WI (requires relocation; relocation assistance provided.)
As a Client Systems Administrator within Epic’s Hosting entity, you will help deliver Epic software to end users across some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. You will configure, maintain, and support systems that connect clinicians and staff to Epic, ensuring reliable access to the tools they need to provide outstanding care. You will deploy new environments, troubleshoot complex issues, support production systems, manage application delivery, automate deployments, and debug system-level problems.

- Deploy new environments and automate deployments
- Troubleshoot complex issues and debug system-level problems in production systems
- Collaborate with developers, implementation staff, technical support, and customers to design and maintain performant, secure, and scalable solutions
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting; follow policies and procedures and report incidents
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, MIS, or hard science
- History of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID‑19 vaccination required
- Experience with web services, automation, Windows internals, scripting, and application publishing
- Experience in enterprise IT environments, especially healthcare
