Provide end-user technology support for a highly interactive Austin office, handling tickets submitted via phone, walk‑ups, and the ticketing system. Support includes laptops/desktops, mobile devices, printers, O365 tools, collaboration apps, and AV/Teams rooms. You’ll serve as the sole onsite technician, supported remotely and paired initially with a senior tech for training.

• Resolve issues for Windows 10/11, macOS, Dell laptops, and MAC/IOS devices.
• Support O365, SharePoint, One Drive, Web Ex, and approved third‑party apps.
• Use Intune and Jamf to manage devices; navigate Azure and analyze logs.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Assist with AV and MS Teams room setups.
• Handle a share of ~100-200 daily tickets across a 40-person team.

• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, Dell hardware, and MAC/IOS devices.
• Proficiency with Intune, Jamf, Azure navigation, and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and people skills – outgoing and adaptable to a friendly, high‑interaction office culture.
• Able to work independently as the onsite point of contact.
