We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our Information Development team. Our technical writers create developer-facing documentation that guides customers through integrating with our products and services, including clear API references, tutorials, and setup guides.

• Create and maintain comprehensive developerfacing documentation, including API references, SDK guides, and tutorials for integration workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical concepts and present them in clear, accurate, and developerfriendly language.
• Ensure all documentation is consistent, aligned with style guidelines, and technically correct through thorough review and editing.
• Use coding skills (Python or similar) to automate documentation tasks, generate content from OpenAPI/Swagger files, and manage structured content in XML DITA using Oxygen XML Author.
• Implement and maintain docsascode workflows with Git/Git Hub for efficient version control and publishing.
• Leverage AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for content drafting, style checking, and consistency reviews.

• 2-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably for developer-facing products or APIs.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Basic to intermediate coding/scripting abilities (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with XML DITA and Oxygen XML Author.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code (Markdown, Git/Git Hub).
• Knowledge of API documentation standards and tools (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman).
• Interest in and some experience with AI tools for content creation or automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of AI prompt engineering techniques.
