• Translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs with interlocked modeling for very large complex technical solutions.
• Analyze customer service requirements and design service solutions to meet those objectives.
• Use expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process and technology needs, related scope documents, risk profiles, and corresponding financials.
• Maintain and utilize detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.
• Construct risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to complex services proposals.
• Compose detail and summary system and workflow documents that specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management involved in solutions.
• As needed, provide a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations.
• Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures related to system modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education, financial, or government systems, working with relational and non-relational databases, multiple, interconnected third-party and custom applications, and implementing best practices in data and systems architecture.

• 8 years required experience in data mapping, data integration, and ETL processes in relational and non-relational databases.
• 8 years required experience working with sensitive data in higher education, financial, or government sectors.
• 8 years required experience working with multiple, interconnected third-party and custom applications.
• 8 years required experience proven ability to work on projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• 8 years required excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• 8 years required ability to implement data governance frameworks and ensure data quality.
• 8 years required experience developing requirements and documentation for IT and business solutions that will meet program and user needs.
• 8 years required experience working in cross-functional teams with business analysts, developers, and data engineers.
• 8 years required strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 4 years required experience working with vendors to integrate new third-party solutions with existing technology.
• 4 years preferred experience in Agile development and backlogs.
