• Analyze datasets and develop dashboards (Power BI).
• Build/maintain Power Automate flows connecting BI, SharePoint, Excel, and other systems.
• Implement approval workflows, notifications, and data-capture processes.
• Troubleshoot flow failures, document solutions, and maintain flow reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support data quality, governance, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Apply program management principles to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies.

• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years in data analysis, BI, or similar roles.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and Excel.
• Understanding of SharePoint lists, CSV/Excel handling, basic data modeling.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Python/R, or tech/semiconductor industry.
