Senior DevOps Engineer; AWS

Trigyn’s direct government client in Austin, Texas has a requirement for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer. The particulars of the opportunity are below:

Works with IT developers to facilitate better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. Dev Ops aims at coupling a tighter alignment between IT operations and businesses.

Skilled Dev Ops Engineer to design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, enabling scalable, secure, and automated application delivery. This role will focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence for modern cloud environments.

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to optimize workflows and enforce best practices.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system scalability.

• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, AWS Code Pipeline).
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation).
• Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Watch, Prometheus, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash), and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with performance tuning and high‑availability strategies.
• Experience with serverless architectures and event‑driven workflows.
