• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to recommend effective technology solutions.
• Develop system requirements and documentation, including detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, workflows, and specifications.
• Align business processes and technology initiatives with overall organizational strategies.
• Lead or support business process reengineering efforts and identify opportunities to introduce new technologies.
• Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analysis (cost/benefit, ROI, buy vs. build, etc.).
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design reviews, unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Support, etc.) and serve as a liaison with business stakeholders.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to team members as needed.

• 8 years of experience analyzing business systems and user needs.
• 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, including a thorough understanding of BA practices, tasks, and methodologies.
• 8 years participating in software development reviews and SDLC processes.
• 8 years supporting or conducting unit testing, system testing, and UAT activities.
• 8 years of experience organizing and managing multiple work streams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven experience working as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Strong experience in data analysis and requirements gathering.
