Product Partnerships Manager role at Spot On.
Spot On is on a mission to empower restaurants to run more profitable, predictable, and thriving businesses through technology. The Product Partnerships team sits at the center of that mission.
What You’ll Do- Support and evaluate partnerships:
Identify leading restaurant technology partners aligned with Spot On’s roadmap and strategic objectives. Support early diligence, product fit evaluation, and "build vs partner" assessments. - Manage partner relationships:
Serve as a primary point of contact for legal contracts, integration delivery, and ongoing success. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, shared roadmaps, and cross-company communication. - Drive cross-functional execution:
Work with PMs, Engineering, QA, Support, Legal, and GTM to launch and scale integrations. Help track requirements, deliverables, test plans, and timelines. Support Alpha → Beta → GA pilots. - Track integration performance and health:
Monitor KPIs including attach rates, activation, partner health, order success, and merchant outcomes. Identify opportunities for optimization and workflow improvements. - Own internal process:
Maintain documentation, PRDs, dashboards, relationships updates and operational playbooks for a subset of integrations.
- Early‑career professional with a high personal bar, strong attention to detail, and a drive to move fast and own outcomes.
- A relationship builder who can build rapport and empathy for partners quickly.
- Ambitious and eager to work closely with Product and Engineering to shape how integrations and products come to life.
- Strong communicator who can influence, coordinate, and drive clarity across teams.
- Comfortable navigating both the strategic and the tactical—from framing a partner opportunity to getting the final details right before launch.
- Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments where excellence and follow‑through matter.
- 1–4 years in high‑performance environments (consulting, finance, strategy, product, Biz Ops, or recent grad strong internships and/or athletic references)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Curiosity about how software gets built and a desire to work closely with Product and Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier 4‑year university.
- Based in Austin, TX and able to work in‑office at least 4 days/week.
Base pay range starts at $70,000 - $90,000 for this role. Salary also includes a company stock plan.
Benefits- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401k with company match
- RSUs
- Paid vacation, 10 company holidays, sick time, and volunteer time off
- Employee Resource Groups to build community and inclusion at work
- Monthly cell phone and internet stipend
- Tuition reimbursement for up to $2,000 per calendar year to assist with your professional development
