Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst
We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Global Account Management to lead partnerships with key enterprise clients. In this role, you will own overall client satisfaction, retention, and account growth while helping clients unlock value across a diverse portfolio of solutions. You will collaborate closely with operations, analytics, technology, and support functions to ensure exceptional delivery and identify new opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, lead contract and renewal conversations, guide program performance, and champion the client’s voice across the organization. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role that requires strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence without authority in a complex, global environment.
What We're Looking For Core Qualifications- Strong track record of growing existing accounts and expanding into new lines of business.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of a client organization and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Deep understanding of one or more verticals—BFSI, Consumer Goods & Retail, or Healthcare— with a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to position and sell across multiple service lines, including Data & Analytics, FP&A, AI, Technology, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital/Social Marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong multitasking capability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- 7+ years of management experience, including 5+ years in account management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience documenting interactions and updates in CRM systems.
- Broad exposure to Technology, AI, Data & Analytics, RPA, Digital Marketing, and Digital Transformation, with the ability to drive large, strategic, deal-focused conversations.
- Experience selling consulting or managed services into Fortune 500 or mid-market clients.
- Strong background in Data & Analytics and/or FP&A solution selling.
- Ability to navigate matrixed org charts, move information effectively, and influence outcomes.
- Understanding of how modern brands engage customers via social channels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team culture, collaboration, and accountability.
