Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for helping our clients design and execute technology strategies to solve their biggest challenges in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Work across all levels of our clients' organizations and provide expertise on topics such as:
  • Current-state technology assessments
  • Business-aligned technology roadmap development
  • IT organization and operating model evaluation
  • Build vs. buy and software selection decisions
  • IT spend analysis and optimization
  • General IT strategy
Experience and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Excels at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process
  • Credible experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details
  • Willing to travel to meet with clients
  • Experience building playbooks and pipeline
Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150K-$200K
  • Base salary: $75K-$100K
  • Variable: $75K-$100K (annual quota $500K)
  • Commission: 15% of Annual Contract Value (ACV); no accelerators
