Job Description:

Junior Data Analyst (Part-time)

Tricentis is seeking an energetic, intelligent, and driven Junior Data Analyst to join their Product Management organization on a part-time basis. This role involves working on high-impact projects supporting business-critical process automations, product integrations, and data exchange. You’ll also have the chance to work with machine learning and AI.

Responsibilities:

Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.

Create and deliver ongoing reports.

Implement and monitor processes for efficient data distribution and usage.

Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.

Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, spreadsheets, and performance indicators.

Develop reporting systems for operational data and prepare summaries for Senior Leadership.

Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Identify and define opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills:

Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, or equivalent projects completed during educational experience.

Ability to make decisions and work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Management, Finance, or Statistics.
