Job Description:

Junior Data Analyst (Part-time)

Tricentis is seeking an energetic, intelligent, and driven Junior Data Analyst to join their Product Management organization on a part-time basis. This role involves working on high-impact projects supporting business-critical process automations, product integrations, and data exchange. You’ll also have the chance to work with machine learning and AI.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
  • Create and deliver ongoing reports.
  • Implement and monitor processes for efficient data distribution and usage.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, spreadsheets, and performance indicators.
  • Develop reporting systems for operational data and prepare summaries for Senior Leadership.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Identify and define opportunities for process improvement.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, or equivalent projects completed during educational experience.
  • Ability to make decisions and work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Management, Finance, or Statistics.
