As a Lead Professional Services Consultant specializing in Logility Production Scheduling Solutions, you will lead strategic implementations and guide clients through the complexities of production scheduling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Production Planning Solution Design: Configure and implement Logility modules for demand planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and replenishment strategies.
• Process Optimization: Analyze client supply chain processes and recommend best practices to improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory costs, and enhance service levels.
• Integration Leadership: Ensure seamless integration of Logility with ERP and other enterprise systems for accurate data flow and planning visibility.
• Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using Logility tools to provide actionable insights for supply planning and performance tracking.
• Client Advisory & Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through transformation initiatives and supporting organizational adoption of supply planning solutions.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions and workshops to empower client teams to maximize Logility capabilities and sustain long-term success.
• Project Leadership: Drive project timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Experience: 5+ years in process manufacturing consultant and solution delivery, with strong expertise in production scheduling systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of plant production scheduling and planning concepts, ERP integration, and system configuration.
