Brevo – Sales Engineer
Outstanding opportunity to accelerate revenue growth across the Americas as a Sales Engineer partnering with our Account Executives and product teams.
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr (plus bonus).

Responsibilities- Partner with Account Executives to win deals through technical excellence: tailor demos, design solutions for complex integrations, lead discovery, address objections, and hand off deals to onboarding with detailed technical documentation.
- Act as the voice of the market – capture and communicate insights that shape Brevo’s product roadmap, track MRR lost due to limitations, and provide competitive intelligence.
- Enable the sales team by collaborating with Sales Enablement to maintain expert knowledge, lead product training sessions, create technical collateral, and share best practices.
- Design technical solutions for API integrations, data flow architecture, CRM connectivity, and data migration strategies for mid‑market (up to 2,000 employees) and enterprise prospects.
- Maintain a structured repository of objections, competitive losses, and feature gaps, including revenue impact analysis to guide product investment.
- Develop and deliver enablement content, including solution frameworks, positioning guides, and objection‑handling techniques.
- Monitor industry trends and integration ecosystem developments to ensure Brevo remains competitive.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required for Americas market).
- 4+ years’ experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, supporting complex mid‑market to enterprise sales cycles (deal sizes $5K–$15K MRR).
- Strong technical foundation in marketing automation, API integrations, data modeling, and platform connectivity (POS, CMS, third‑party systems).
- Knowledge of REST, Graph
QL, OAuth, API keys, JWT, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS;
Customer Data Platform tools a plus. - Proven partnership with Account Executives to drive revenue and maintain high win rates.
- Experience translating market needs into product requirements and quantifying revenue impact.
- Ability to create technical content and elevate team capabilities through knowledge sharing.
- Exceptional communicator who translates complex technical concepts into business value for varied audiences.
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns, synthesize insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Preferred a degree in engineering or business background with strong technical aptitude.
