Hardware validation role focused on performance testing for next-gen server CPUs, GPAI accelerators, memory, storage, and I/O. Bachelor’s degree required.

• Run and analyze performance benchmarks on servers and AI accelerators.
• Investigate architecture trade-offs (memory, storage, scheduling, I/O).
• Collect/interpret benchmark data and CPU counters to identify bottlenecks.
• Execute industry-standard performance tests.

• Linux performance analysis tools.
• Benchmark and workload execution.
• Test automation.
• Computer architecture knowledge.
• C/C++, Bash, Python.
• Hardware/PCIe validation.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

• AI benchmarks (MLPerf, Res Net
  50).
• STREAM, SPECCPU
  2017, HPL, DGEMM, SPECjbb, etc.
• I/O tools (Infiniband, iPerf3, FIO).
• Memory tech (DDR5, CXL, HBM).
• Competitive server/AI performance analysis.
