Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 professionals to support a major automation project within a healthcare services environment. The role involves enhancing existing web services and batch processing systems, adding new forms, workflows, and service authorizations.
Technical Requirements8 years of experience in:
Full SDLC: analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment.
Java/J2EE
, SQL programming, object-oriented analysis/design.Web Services, RAD, Web Sphere.
Oracle-based stored procedures.
System integration testing, defect management.
Developing test plans, scenarios, and schedules.
Data structures, migration, relational/multi-dimensional database design.
Strong interpersonal skills for design, development, peer reviews, and implementation.
Ability to evaluate user requests for feasibility, cost, and timelines.
- 2 years working with Texas Health and Human Services systems (or similar state healthcare systems).
Work on an automation initiative for long-term care services, focusing on adding new forms, workflows, and claims processing enhancements.
