About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS) initiative under the Office of Chief Data Architect. This role focuses on data integration and analytics within a structured governance framework and involves managing complex, multi-agency projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead PMAS initiatives, overseeing resource allocation, work plans, and schedules.
- Collaborate with data architecture and analytics teams on Cloud Analytics for Access & Eligibility Services Reporting
. - Develop and publish project management documentation aligned with industry frameworks.
- Create RFPs for designing and implementing data management solutions.
- Secure federal matching funds through federally approved IAPDs.
- Manage expanding data integrations across multiple departments.
- Maintain strong communication and partnership with analytics and reporting teams.
- Establish strategic roadmaps in coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
- Conduct procurement exercises and manage timelines and resource approvals.
- Deliver project management artifacts and manage day-to-day operations, including Agile scrums.
- Identify risks and coordinate resolutions effectively.
- 8 years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5 years in data management solutions (data warehouses, data lakes), analytics/BI, web-based development, or SOA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop clear project documentation.
- Expertise in team leadership, mentoring, and facilitation.
- Proficiency in risk management and progress monitoring.
- Full lifecycle experience with PMLC and SDLC
. - Budget tracking and cost management experience.
- Agile methodology expertise (sprints, backlog grooming, Kanban).
- Active PMP Certification required.
