Position Description

This position will serve as a GIS Business Analyst and Scrum Master
. The work involves planning, requirement gathering, backlog management and product owner activities.

• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate user needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business
• Guide the Scrum Team in Agile best practices and facilitate ceremonies
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business objectives
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Track and report team progress, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Participate in the design of secure and efficient geospatial architectures
