A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist
. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire.
Duration: 03 months.
Location: Camden, NJ, 08103. As a Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist, you will:

• Seeking an opportunity to work in an organization that is looking to accelerate digital and AI transformation, technology insertion, automation, developing dashboards and the ability to provide useful and actionable information to its leadership and teammates. This is that opportunity.
• Turning messy SAP, Supplier and shop floor status reports into usable dashboards based on your how you've laid out the requirements with stakeholders. They will rely on the information to make decisions. This is the role for you. If you want to automate waste out of processes and drive efficiency via software tools on repetitive system tasks, this job will offer that opportunity.
• Seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead, develop and implement solutions related to but not limited to:
  Program Reviews, Sourcing Data, Program Schedules, Financial Information, Executive Reviews, opportunities for streamlining and process automation, etc.
• Proficient in using tools such as Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other tools to access data and develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, drill-down capability, and truly actionable information with impact.

• Analytics & Insights:
  Build dashboards and reports to support Business visibility and performance.
• Analyze programmatic schedules, sourcing data, shop floor and financial information.
• Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
• KPI Development & Performance Management:
  Develop and maintain executive and program review chain KPIs real time visibility and decision making and streamlining ongoing reviews.
• Support the measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
• Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization:
  Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools).
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
• Automate manual reporting processes as well as repetitive system processes to drive efficiency, consistency and eliminate errors.
• Collaboration & Business Partnership:
  Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• BI, Analytics, Data Science Dashboarding, Business Intelligence, Process Automation or similar experiences are preferred.
• Experience taking a vision from meeting with a stakeholder to determine requirements through proof of concept to project completion with stakeholder fully satisfied is a must.
• Experience AI / ML such as Palantir Foundry.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
• Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL/SQL backend skills; experience with Python, R is a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics.
• Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
