WhoYou Are
As an Endpoint Specialist I, you are our IT architect, ensuring every foundation is stable and built with integrity, caring, and excellence. You’ll play an important role in maintaining our Endpoint system to run smoothly and will constantly look for ways to innovate every experience. You’ll use your strong problem‑solving skills to ensure that Endpoint assets are performing optimally and keep end‑user devices up to date across the bank.
If teaching others excites you, you’ll have the opportunity to train new users on hardware and software, giving them the best chance to succeed with our signature all‑win approach.
- Provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure endpoint technology assets function at optimal level.
- Install new and updated end‑user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure Frost branch technology is up to date and maintain a continuous replacement cycle.
- Train new users to use hardware and software in order to maximize total work efficiency.
- Always take action Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes.
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or endpoint role.
- Strong working knowledge of desktop operating systems and peripherals, mobile devices, and printers and print servers.
- Strong working knowledge of customer support practices in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft computer appliances.
- Experience installing cabling and network equipment.
