ServiceNow Project​/Product Manager

Job Description

A fintech client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project/Product Manager to oversee the execution of Service Now Service Catalog implementation. This role is critical to establishing a single source of truth for service catalog data and improving lifecycle management processes for internal and external users. This individual will require strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage complex projects in a hybrid methodology environment.

• Drive the roadmap and execution for Service Now implementation.
• Collaborate with internal technical operations teams and external Service Now implementation partners.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and IT service management principles.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions without requiring hands‑on configuration.
• Act as a liaison between corporate IT and customer‑facing teams to improve incident management workflows.
• Utilize hybrid methodologies (SAFe, waterfall, lean) and tools such as JIRA for project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Manager at an enterprise level.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar ITSM tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large‑scale Service Now implementations.
