, we’re building a modern construction management platform for contractors who are tired of bloated, overpriced enterprise tools. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is analytically minded, execution-focused, and ready to take meaningful ownership of performance-driven marketing in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

This role is designed for someone early in their career (not entry level) who already understands the fundamentals of digital marketing and wants to sharpen their skills across paid media, SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.

You’ll work closely with our CMO and Marketing Manager
, contributing input into messaging and positioning while focusing day‑to‑day on the execution and optimization of Linarc’s demand generation engine. You’ll also collaborate regularly with sales, design, and web development to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified pipeline.

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Geofences
• Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
• Continuously test channels, audiences, and messaging to improve lead quality and efficiency

• Build, optimize, and audit landing pages in collaboration with design and web development
• Improve conversion rates, SEO/SEM performance, and clarity of value propositions
• Refresh existing pages and funnels based on performance insights

• Track and report on KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution
• Use GA4, Hub Spot, SEMrush, and AI tools to analyze performance and surface insights
• Share learnings with marketing and sales to improve messaging and targeting

• Support product launches, feature releases, and growth initiatives with performance-focused campaigns
• Provide input into messaging, positioning, and value propositions
• Amplify organic content, events, and community initiatives through paid media and keyword strategy
• Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to review lead quality and feedback
• Help refine targeting and campaigns based on real-world sales insights

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or SaaS marketing
• Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, and Display Ads)
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, and marketing performance metrics
• Familiarity with Hub Spot, GA4, SEMrush
  , and modern AI‑driven marketing tools
• Experience supporting or optimizing landing pages and conversion flows
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow in a startup environment
• Experience in construction technology or AEC is a plus
