• Experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments: 5 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions: 4 years.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development: 4 years.
• Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model‑driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model: 4 years.
• Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows: 4 years.
• Experience in Data Verse tables and uses: 4 years.
• Experience in Power Pages portals: 4 years.
• Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center: 4 years.

• Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization: 2 years.
• Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project: 2 years.
• Experience in Agile development and sprint planning: 2 years.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross‑functional teams: 2 years.
• Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and Power Apps portals: 1 year.

• Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
• Confere with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
• Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
• Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
