Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Latin America
Senior Solutions Engineer to expand Atlassian's growing Enterprise team in Latin America. The role involves working directly with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize sales cycles, provide value‑based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. Spanish fluency is required.
Responsibilities- Partner with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers to track customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success.
- Participate in customer discovery to understand current state, business problems, and map solutions to Atlassian products.
- Identify additional cross‑product/solution expansion opportunities.
- Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points.
- Act as a product expert in the pre‑sales process, articulating and demonstrating the value of software.
- Build a compelling story of how Atlassian products work together to unlock team potential.
- Lead value‑based demonstrations, from standard to customized, across stakeholder needs.
- Guide customers’ technical needs in the sales process to secure buy‑in.
- Forge strong partnerships with account executives, discussing pipeline, opportunities, and feedback.
- Collect and document product feedback and competitive intelligence for internal advocacy.
- Continuously learn, develop, and refine pre‑sales knowledge and processes.
- 5+ years of pre‑sales experience with mid‑market/enterprise customers.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Creative problem‑solving ability, interpreting complex business problems into solutions.
- Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging executives and technical audiences.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, feedback, and customer success.
- Customer‑centric mindset with proven record of building executive relationships and collaborating across teams.
Base pay ranges are higher than the typical market range, with Zone A: $168,300 – $219,725, Zone B: $151,200 – $197,400, Zone C: $139,500 – $182,125 in the United States. The role may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
