People Soft Systems Analyst (W2) – Austin, Texas – ONSITE (Local only) Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ – Project team experience utilizing Agile methodologies
• 6+ – Experience gathering requirements related to changes in the People Soft application
• 6+ – Hands-on functional experience in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
• 8+ – Most recent six years working exclusively as a People Soft Functional Analyst
• 5+ – Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the People Soft application
• 5+ – Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server
• 10+ – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience working in Information Technology

• 2+ – Past experience as a developer in one or more People Soft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
• 2+ – Solid People Tools skills, including Application Engine, People Code, and SQR
• 3+ – Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
• 5+ – Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops
• 5+ – Experience with prior People Soft implementations or conversions from legacy systems
• 5+ – Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans
• 5+ – Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage
• 5+ – Experience with Base Benefits Or Benefits Administration Systems
• 5+ – Experience with Pension Administration systems
• 10+ – Experience with Payroll systems
• Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues
